Edit the game's own policy-tree and story files. Open them from the game's StreamingAssets\Politics or StreamingAssets\Stories folder (you can pick several at once), edit, then put the saved files back in the same place. Keep a copy of the originals first - this page can't restore them for you. Everything stays in your browser.
